Interactive Functions -- Council of Advisors)

Voters can choose from a range of possible advisors to set up a council that is tailored to their specific point of view. Advisors will be encouraged to make recommendations in both Democratic and Republican primaries.

Voters will have  three types of advisors to choose from:

Invited Advisors: --These will be people invited by Circle Voting that have demonstrated their commitment to specific issue and will represent that point of view in their recommendations: e.g. Environment, Health Care Gay issues,  Hispanic concerns.  They will also mention differences in opinions among those groups supporting their interest.

Contributed Advisors: –These are people that want to influence others with their own research and views and want to be listed as such on Circle Voting   Their views would be available for everyone with a link to their profile, blog, website....

Private Advisors: -- These are people that will have their own special code and will personally give it only to members of their own circles of family and friends.  Hopefully this will be the fastest growing segment as more and more people share their views with members of their own personal circles.

An advisor can enter a recommendation for any office in the country.  It will also be possible for advisors to use other advisors as their proxy. For example, one individual that is known in a spiritual organization could provide recommendations to people all over the country by just linking up with trusted friends or advisors.

In the beginning we may just focus on Congressional and State level races. But it can easily adapt to the local level.
